Our Building Process

The Process

Our building process is efficient and straightforward to help you get into your dream home faster!

We’re ready to customise the best house design for your goals today.

1. Your Dream Home Design
We’ll organise an initial meeting so that you can go over our range of home designs that fit into a wide range of budgets to find the home for you. We can then customise this design to suit your needs, from the number of bedrooms, facade style and more.
2. Preliminary Quote
Congratulations! You’ve found the house design that’s right for you. Here, we will provide you with a preliminary quote based on your sales selections. We will also look at site works and discuss their costs.
3. Drawings Consultation:
Our in-house architect with design your floor plans options and provide tailored advice for your needs. We will have a meeting and design an accurate house plan and working drawings to fit your block.
4. Fittings Selection
We’ve made it to one of the most exciting steps of your Mann Builders home-building experience! You get to come to our selection center in-house and select your floor tiles, carpet, bath, basins, toilet, sink, appliances and more.
5. Contract
After you’ve chosen all of your fittings, our Sales Coordinator will present the Master Builders Contract to you. This includes construction drawings to review and sign. You have to sign the sales contract at this stage, and you must pay the balance of the 5% deposit (less any initial deposit). Proof of land ownership and loan pre-approval must be supplied at this stage.
6. Site works Preparation
All of the paperwork is done, and it’s time to get things in order ready for your site work to begin.
Developer approval (if required) will be obtained.
Building permits & council approvals to be obtained.
Final construction drawings to be sent to the client for final sign-off.
Order all materials.
